We still need a number of homeowners to vote on the Indentures Amendments, we cannot close out this issue until we have received sufficient votes to pass/reject the proposals.  

One of the most important changes concerns homes being purchased with the intent to rent the home, not having stable and responsible homeowners live in the home and  our community. We would encourage those who have not yet submitted a vote, to review the attached information and then submit a vote of Approve or Reject

We have attached information (scroll down) about the proposed amendments as well as a ballot.  Please take a few minutes to review the information and then cast your ballot.
