Welcome to the
Remington Oaks Homeowners Association

The Villages of Remington Oaks is located in Fenton, Missouri. There are 420 homes (see map) which make up Remington Oaks; we are fortunate to have an active neighborhood association filled with long term and newer residents that range in different backgrounds and ages.  Through Oaks Landing Recreational Association, residents have access to recreational activities including a community pool and clubhouse access with exercise facilities.

Remington Oaks is convenient to major interstates, shopping and parks and located within the Rockwood School District, recognized for Distinction in Performance with High Achievement, the highest accreditation possible from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Remington Oaks is a great community to live and raise a family!

The Remington Oaks Homeowners Association has created this site as a means to connect with the community and provide and store information related to the Homeowners Board and committees.  All members of the Board and committees are volunteers supporting Remington Oaks as outlined in the Indentures. The content in this site is provided as is and does not replace any official documents

  • Water pump update at basin The board of trustees would like to provide an update to the fountain pump in the sewer basin by the clubhouse.  About 4 weeks ago the pump started to pump at a low flow/gurgling level.  The power was cycled and after 24 hours the pump regained operation with proper spray pattern.  We suspect there may have been some clogging with the rains and trash from the sewer lines coming into the basket strainer.  Usually during hard rains there is garbage bags and plastic that can come up to the strainer and restrict water intake into the pump impeller.About 3 weeks ago the pump completely stopped working with no signs of power to the motor (no motor noise/humming ...

  • Reminder about placing signs on common ground areas The board of trustees has been approached about a recent incident where several homeowners had setup a garage sale this week and were surprised to find their garage sale signs removed from common ground in the subdivision.  This is a situation we hope to clarify to prevent future hard feelings by residents who were unaware of our indentures.      The subdivision per the indentures does not permit signs on any lot other than your own lawn with a for sale/for rent sign. (See below for verbatim language of #12).  While some residents may have in the past held a garage sale and placed signs on common ground and did not lose their signs, anyone who places signs on property other ...
