Remington Oaks Homeowners Association

The Villages of Remington Oaks is located in Fenton, Missouri. There are 420 homes (see map) which make up Remington Oaks; we are fortunate to have an active neighborhood association filled with long term and newer residents that range in different backgrounds and ages.  Through Oaks Landing Recreational Association, residents have access to recreational activities including a community pool and clubhouse access with exercise facilities.  

Remington Oaks is convenient to major interstates, shopping and parks and located within the Rockwood School District, recognized for Distinction in Performance with High Achievement, the highest accreditation possible from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Remington Oaks is a great community to live and raise a family!  

The Remington Oaks Homeowners Association has created this site as a means to connect with the community and provide and store information related to the Homeowners Board and committees.  All members of the Board and committees are volunteers supporting Remington Oaks as outlined in the Indentures.   • Board of Trustees - New appointee Carolyn Hensel The Remington Oaks Homeowners' Association is proud to announce that Carolyn Hensel has volunteered to join the board in the role of Architectural Control.  Carolyn comes with many years of board involvement and is an original homeowner of the subdivision.  Carolyn is forming an architectural control committee to help with work requests and properties needing attention.  If you would like to join the committee please reach out to the board at rohaboardmo@gmail.com.

  • November HOA Meeting November 9th at 6:30pm The Remington Oaks Homeowners' Association Meeting will be held on November 9th at 6:30pm at the clubhouse open to all residents of Remington Oaks subdivision.  We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.  We now have an architectural control committee which was formed in the September meeting.  As a reminder the upcoming trustee election is coming quickly.  If you are interested in serving as a trustee and would like to run for a seat, there are 2 up for election this year.  (President and Treasurer positions - Rick Lord and Tim Boyle).  Deadlines to provide your name and a brief bio to add to the ballot is December 15th.  Please send your submission to rohaboardmo@gmail.com.  Election night ...

  • Remington Oaks 2016 Election / Vacant Seat Open Just a friendly reminder that the Remington Oaks HOA will be preparing the year end letter/assessment notice and ballot for the 2016 election.  In 2016 there are 2 seats up for election (Rick Lord(President) and Tim Boyle(Treasurer).  There is also a vacant seat currently (Architecture).  If you are interested in serving as a trustee and would like to run for election or you would like to discuss filling the vacant position open currently please contact the board of trustees at rohaboardmo@gmail.comJust a reminder for those wishing to run for election the board will need your submission with a brief 1-2 paragraph summary letting our members know who you are and what you want ...

  • Remington Oaks Homeowners Association Open Board Meeting September 21 The Remington Oaks HOA trustees will be holding their open board meeting on September 21, 2015 at the clubhouse at 6:30pm.  The board of trustees look forward to meeting with our members to discuss the current operations of the association as well as gain insight/feedback to future projects and focus of the neighborhood to keep Remington Oaks one of the premier subdivisions in the area.

  • E-Waste Recycling Event - Reliance Bank March 21 E-Recycling Event - Saturday March 21 (9am-1pm) - Reliance Bank, Fenton If you have old electronics equipment and have been wondering where or how to get rid of your old electronics items, Midwest Recycling Center (MRC) will have a recycling event on Saturday March 21 from 9-1pm.
